Simpson Supports NETS UK

SIMPSON, www.simpsonyork.co.uk, is a privately owned, York-based national fit-out and construction company who is giving support to NETS UK.

Through a very dear friend, I became aware of NETS UK, a new children’s charity establishing itself to airlift by dedicated helicopter or airplane, and equipped with children’s medical kit, critically ill newborn and paediatric patients to centres of excellence which exist in major cities.  The airlift journey would take the minimum amount of time and would be far quicker than if travelling by road, the current means of transportation.  Road congestion frequently occurs thus often causing delays in getting these children to their destination.

Volunteers were needed for the charity and I was in a position to offer assistance to NETS UK executives and team members who are developing an aero medical service that will make a real difference to the critically ill child whereby they will receive the all important specialist medical care at the specialist hospital, travelling there in the quickest time possible.
 
SIMPSON has given its support by way of donation dedicated towards the running costs of a helicopter/airplane and the company and I will continue to give assistance to the chidren’s charity. 

To see the charity receive national recognition will be an acknowledgement of the vital helicopter/airplane service in airlifitng the critically ill children to the right centre of excellence for medical treatment under the professional care of the Paediatric Intensive Care doctors and nursing staff, made possible by the funding support of corporate companies and volunteers. 

This will be the ultimate fulfilment of the vision of NETS UK
